The new school year quickly approaches with a range of emotions for faculty, leaders and students. Some joyfully anticipate the first day and some return more apprehensively. It’s easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of meetings and endless back-to-school to-do lists. In all the rush, we must not lose sight of the important goal of nurturing a community of faculty and staff who will work tirelessly together to teach our students.
