The Spring 2027 program is one complete cohort experience held across three nonconsecutive two-day sessions. Participants register for the full program, begin together in February, and attend all six training days.
Registration is not available for the March or April sessions individually.
A six-day, in-person coach training program for leaders who want to drive meaningful, lasting change.
Mount Vernon Ventures is partnering with Bostian Coaching & Consulting to offer the Certified Thought Partner™ Coach Training course at Mount Vernon School.
Designed for leaders seeking to create meaningful, lasting change, the program develops both the practical skills coaches need and the personal capacity required to lead with empathy, curiosity, and confidence.
Participants learn how to foster cultures rooted in psychological safety, trust, and meaningful feedback, helping their organizations attract, engage, and retain talented people.
Certified Thought Partner™ Coach Training goes beyond teaching a set of coaching techniques. The program focuses on both what effective coaches do and who they must become to lead transformative conversations.
Through experiential workshops, guided reflection, hands-on practice, and mentor coaching, participants build the character and capabilities needed to support resilient, connected, and thriving communities.
Listen beyond the surface to understand what is being said, what is not being said, and what may be possible.
Deliver feedback that encourages reflection, strengthens relationships, and inspires meaningful growth.
Create the conditions for honest conversations, thoughtful risk-taking, curiosity, and trust.
Lead empathetic, productive conversations that help individuals and teams move forward.
